Manager, Enterprise System Portfolio

Responsibilities
  • Assist CIO/ Head of Business Relationship to monitor the relevant OPEX and CAPEX of the work section that is aligned with the IT Department overall operation budget
  • Take the system and project ownership of the implementation of Enterprise systems, including Fitness/Yoga Management system, etc.
  • Monitor the project progress ensuring the responsible projects to be deployed under the annual work plan within approved project investment budget
  • Manage and monitor projects to support solution development, such as group or local solution and system integration applicable to operation in different countries/cities
  • Assist to collaborate with peers and stakeholders to align roadmaps for business processes
  • Assist to manage to develop functional requirement specifications for new systems or changes of existing systems for solution development team
  • Coordinate to perform system integration tests and user acceptance tests to ensure the systems/solutions are developed and functionally meet with the user’s requirements
  • Serve as the business solutions subject matter expert on business areas, project teams and vendors to apply and execute appropriate use of technology solutions and lead efforts to examine technology vision, opportunities, and challenges
  • Ensure changes to baseline requirements are effectively applied through the appropriate change control processes and tools. Maintain version control, configuration and defect management activities for all changes developed
  • Facilitates project handoffs including preparing documentation, educating, and supporting to ensure smooth transitions. Support the system users of using the system in their daily operation
  • Govern and review the output of the service providers who are responsible for the actual hands-on delivery of services, managing outcomes and results. Develop and maintain vendor management process for solution development and support related ensuring the service provided in line with the service level agreement
Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering; Computer Information Systems, or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years working experience in IT or related Project Management; possess a minimum 4 years’ experience in managing a team; preferable with experience in Club/Retail industries
  • Good problem-solving skills and able to handle the change management, set high standards of performance for self and/or others to reach the results
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is preferable
  • Preferable with PMP qualification, or equivalent

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

  • Solid track record of project management and deployment in sizable projects
  • Experience in Membership management systems with subscription and auto-billing functionalities; similar backend operation systems with financial functionality
  • Experience in business and data analysis, application maintenance and system integration
  • Experience in managing integration of payment gateways, e.g. Golbalpayment, Alipay and WechatPay, etc.
  • Experience in multiple mobile APP approach on both IOS and Android, and/or web enablement on mobile
  • Experience with Cloud technologies Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), e.g. Microsoft Azure; AWS Cloud; Aliyun Cloud; Tencent Cloud, Jira, API management platforms, etc.
  • Solid knowledge in the project management lifecycle
  • Knowledge in database design and usage of database
  • Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) would be an added benefit
