JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle all leasing and tenancy matters including new lease & renewal negotiation, tenancy administration, review of leasing agreements and handover of premises.
- Develop budget planning and a rental forecast.
- Assist Senior Manager on forecasting and prepare presentation
- Coordinate all leasing-related interactions and relationships with both internal and external partners.
WORKING HOURS
- Monday to Friday 9am-6pm

- Central
