JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handle all leasing and tenancy matters including new lease & renewal negotiation, tenancy administration, review of leasing agreements and handover of premises.
• Develop budget planning and a rental forecast.
• Assist Senior Manager on forecasting and prepare presentation
• Coordinate all leasing-related interactions and relationships with both internal and external partners.

WORKING HOURS

• Monday to Friday 9am-6pm

• Central
