Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests and cardholders in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Checking in cardholders, handling booking and cancellation.
- Handling inquiries and customer complaints and referring all complaints to the Operations Manager if necessary.
- Answering telephone calls and taking messages.
- Helping to maintain clean and tidy facilities. Conducting regular daily facility checks.
- Opening and closing the studio.
工作职责:
- 达成销售协议, 完成销售目标。
