职责

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests and cardholders in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Checking in cardholders, handling booking and cancellation.
  • Handling inquiries and customer complaints and referring all complaints to the Operations Manager if necessary.
  • Answering telephone calls and taking messages.
  • Helping to maintain clean and tidy facilities. Conducting regular daily facility checks.
  • Opening and closing the studio.

工作职责:

  • 达成销售协议, 完成销售目标。
  • 参与实施所有销售和推广活动。
  • 开展并保持与新客户及现有客户的良好关系,在理解客户需求的基础上达成销售目标并为客户提供优质服务。
  • 通过电话,电邮及现场沟通为客户提供咨询服务。
  • 通过呼出电话开发新的客户。
资历
  • High school degree with 1 year or above relevant working experience, hospitality experience is an advantage.
  • Be independent and presentable in handling front desk and telephone enquires.
  • Cheerful personality with good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Basic command of English, shift working hour.

岗位要求:

  • 具有高中以上学历,1年或以上相关工作经历,有服务行业工作经验尤佳。
  • 能独立处理前台事务和电话咨询。
  • 性格乐观开朗,有良好的人际交往和沟通技巧。
  • 基础英语能力,需适应排班工作时间。
