As the Group Head of Financial Reporting & Control, it is expected to commit to drive excellence in financial reporting practices, establishing robust internal controls, and facilitating timely, reliable, and insightful financial analysis and reporting.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and oversee the financial reporting function, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop and implement financial control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and prevent fraudulent activities.
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting and control, leveraging technology and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Effectively manage cash flow by forecasting and monitoring cash inflows and outflows, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs and capital investments.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the financial reporting and control team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, coordinating audit activities and ensuring effective communication of financial results.
- Manage operation of Singapore finance team and support China finance team
WORKING HOURS:
- Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
