  • Handling Personal Trainers’ bookings & cancellations
  • Answering telephone enquiries & taking down messages
  • Assist any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the department

1 year or above relevant working experience in administration
Experience in customer service industry is an added advantage
Be independent and presentable in handling front desk and telephone enquiries
Cheerful personality with good interpersonal & communication skills
Proficient in MS Word & Excel
