Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies with digital team, enhancing brand visibility and engagement across all online platforms
• Design and lead the digital innovation project to improve lead generation process
• Lead and optimized high-converting performance marketing campaigns across Paid, Owned and Earned media (includes Meta Ads, Google Ads, Programmatic Ads, Website, Apps, eDM, Whatsapp, KOL and brand partnership etc.)
• Analyzed and refined content and campaign performance through A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques
• Develop and manage social media in HK and Mainland channels (e.g. message pillar, content calendar, creative direction and execution) with support from subordinates of all PURE social media profile includes FB, IG, Linkedin, Youtube, XHS, Wechat, etc
• Conducted in-depth market research to inform data-driven decision-making, refining marketing strategies and contributing with latest AI-powered social listening tools
• Leveraged advanced analytics tools to track campaign performance and customer behaviour, providing stakeholders with detailed reports and insights for continuous improvement.
• Oversee the integration of digital marketing strategies with eCommerce platforms
• Implemented retargeting strategies and personalized online shopping experiences through dynamic content
• Managed and allocated a substantial digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution across different business units to achieve KPI
