Key Responsibilities:

As Senior Product Manager, you will be leading the Product team of PURECAST, the Group’s digital platform – an online business platform that includes online yoga and fitness content (livestreaming and on-demand), online product, e-commerce, social media, digital marketing as well as the offline resources such as production studios and event sites.

Reporting directly to the Head of PURECAST, you will be responsible of the PURECAST Mobile App including the monitoring of the App’s performance, development of new features, optimization based on product feedback and deep understanding of user personas, pain points and journeys.

Your team will work closely with other sub-teams of PURECAST including the engineering, content, and marketing team, as well as PURE Yoga and Fitness teams.

• Drive product enhancement and development of the PURECAST Mobile App
• Lead and build a strong team of business and data analysts 
• Collect requirements, perform analysis, planning and documentation
• Collaborate with the engineering, customer management and IT teams to develop feature lists, user stories and roadmaps
• Monitor and report on product KPIs and drive PURECAST to meet business objectives and operation needs
• Drive product research and design, provide insights into product, technology, and market trends
• Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
