We are looking for an individual who has experience in dealing with financial and customer behavioral data, is familiar with statistical tools, can manipulate and model data and has a superb commercial acumen. Being passionate about customers is a must.
- Data collection and cleansing - collect, clean, and consolidate data for analysis purposes.
- Performance analysis - collect, understand & analyze data to improve business performance.
- Build PURE group’s research and insight capability.
- Ensure proposals are driving financial performance – ideas are commercially viable.
- Perform customer segmentation and profile analysis through statistical methods to deep drive into customer persona and needs.
- Run analysis on existing customer data to help with retention initiatives, identifying at risk customers.
- Extract the right data to enable senior management to design, implement and iterate our customer journey, identifying opportunities to enhance the experience through the various touchpoints.
- Conduct campaign evaluations, measure effectiveness, and provide recommendations to improve future response/ ROI.
