Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Analyst / Senior Analyst Programmer with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business requirements with technical solutions, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality system development and support.

*Candidates with less experience are also welcome to apply and may be considered for the Senior Analyst Programmer position.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Design & Integration

·         Prepare technical flowcharts and integration solutions for new and existing systems.

·         Translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate effectively with vendors.

·         Performance improvement

Vendor Collaboration

·         Review and validate vendor technical solutions to ensure quality and alignment with business needs.

·         Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to implement user requests and system enhancements.

Development & Support

·         Participate in program development using PHP / Nodejs / Python.

·         Provide technical support for production issues and ensure timely resolution.

Stakeholder Engagement

·         Work closely with Product Owners to understand user needs and deliver effective solutions.

·         Act as a technical advisor during project planning and execution phases.
