Responsibilities

Design and responsible to support business requirements including virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, email systems, etc.

Cooperate with IT application and service desk team on the technical development, assessment of new solutions and daily support.

Lead server troubleshooting and performance tuning. Adopt security remediation on cloud/on-prem platform.

Adopt cloud infrastructure solutions to support company needs.

Assist Senior Management on budget preparation, cost control and vendor management.

Sound knowledge of Infrastructure Security design and management.

Responsible for internal awareness training program.
