Part Time Receptionist (stable working hours)

職責

Responsibilities
• Performs reception support and general administrative duties.
• Answers incoming calls, transfer calls and takes messages.
• Greeting visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the management.
 

資歷

Requirements
• Diploma or above with min 2 years' office admin experience
• Excellent interpersonal, coordination and organization skills
• Familiar with MS Outlook, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
• Fluency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

 

Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday 9am - 1pm (fixed stable hours, long term)
