职责
  • Manage and update the membership information in the system
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints of membership issues in a professional manner
  • Ensure all data are processed in a timely and accurate manner
资历
  • Post-secondary or Degree holder
  • Customer Service / Administrative Experience will be an advantage
  • Fresh graduate or no related experience but with passion will be consider
  • Fluency of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Good writing skills especially business correspondence
  • Able to prioritize and work under pressure
