Job Duties:

• Lead and coach a small team to deliver high quality of customer service and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiency.

• Ensure shops are clean, safe, and well always maintained that all safety practices adhere to current legislation and FEHD standard.

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of the outlet
