JOB SUMMARY
The main role of the Project Manager is to manage consultants and contractors in the design and construction of new facilities in the Asia region. Candidates must have at least 5 years’ experience in fitting-out works. Some interior design experience is an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• briefs and appoint interior designers and E&M consultants.
• Overseeing and technical review of consultant’s designs
• Management of the tender process and appointment of fit-out contractors
• Project management of contractors during the construction stage to ensure adherence to drawings, quality, cost and time control, review and solve site difficulties.
• Short term stationing oversees (possibly China or Singapore) may be required to effectively manage projects.
• Manage ongoing modification and upgrading works in existing clubs.
WORKING HOURS
• Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
CONTRACT PERIOD
• 1 Year renewable contract, opportunity covert to perm role
