RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitoring the performances of the Maintenance team and to ensure the work is completed in a timely manner.
• Planning and implementation of preventive and proactive maintenance to ensure all systems and equipment remain in good condition.
• Co-ordination with operational staff, contractors and consultants for any repair and refurbishment work.
• Management of building services alteration and improvement works.
• Reviewing the conditions of all company outlets and making recommendations for any refurbishment or upgrading work.
• Responsible for any club’s minor renovation or upgrading work including but not limit to budget control of all the works.
• Maintain constant communication with the Operations Managers / Supervisors on all aspects of the maintenance to ensure problems are identified and repaired as speedily as possible with minimum impact on members and operations.
• Manage the ad-hoc repair and maintenance of all equipment, installations, and decor as speedily as possible.
• Regularly audit the club equipment, installations and decor and the maintenance systems in place with relentless pursuit to ensure first class facilities are provided to the members.
