Responsibilities

Manage and update the membership information in the system
Handle customer enquiries and complaints of membership issues in a professional manner
Ensure all data are processed in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications

Post-secondary or Degree holder
Customer Service / Administrative Experience will be an advantage
Fresh graduate or no related experience but with passion will be consider
Fluency of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Good writing skills especially business correspondence
Able to prioritize and work under pressure

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
