Social Media Manager
Hong Kong | Full Time
Responsibilities
  • The main role of the Social Media Manager is to design, schedule, edit and publish content for multiple social media platforms of PURE Hong Kong.
  • Identify and develop social media content strategy and fan acquisition and engagement plans
  • Monitor, and edit monthly content & social media buy budget in collaboration with performance marketing team.
  • Host meetings with multiple internal teams to define, confirm the social media initiatives.
  • Analyse customer expectations according to past social media activity, engage with customers and followers with support from Social Media Executive.
  • Monitor campaigns and analyse data obtained.
  • Present progress reports and monthly update to stakeholders and executives regarding plans, content, and new tools.
  • Work closely with performance marketing team to develop specific strategies to meet social media KPIs and lead generation targets.
  • Being on top of the latest social media trends, research current social media tools and trends, and implement them as necessary.
  • Develop social media campaigns.
  • Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to craft engaging content.
  • English and Cantonese bilingual is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in social media content development and social media marketing.
  • Sound knowledge of key tools such as Facebook ads manager etc.
  • Creative, innovative, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Able to work independently and finish the project on time.
  • Degree holder in Marketing Communications, Advertising, Journalism, English language, or related disciplines is preferred.
  • Ideally has working experience in in-house social media marketing, and Advertising / social media Agency
  • Creative, innovative, and strong sense of responsibility, well organised.
  • Active interest in Yoga, Fitness and Wellbeing is a big advantage
