- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in human resources/training in sizeable company, preferably in hospitality or service or retail industry
- Knowledgeable in training cycle implementation including Learning Management Systems (LMS) will be an advantage
- Self-motivated and strong communications skill
- Able to work under pressure with good analytical skills and able to meet deadline on assigned projects
- Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Hands-on experience of MS office applications
