- To provide a variety of administrative tasks to support the team
- To draw insights from customer feedback for improving the sales flow and overall customer experience
- Build and maintain relationship between clients and sales team
- Track and distribute corporate leads via CMSCRM system
- Handle client’s enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Provide support to all corporate related marketing activities, promotions and events, attend corporate events as needed
- Maintain and update the monthly reports
- Manage and prepare monthly invoices for company paid account and or company subsidize account
- To support ad hoc responsibilities assigned by management
