- Manage day-to-day operations of the café restaurant
- Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
- Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complains, grievances etc.)
- Integrate the business with the community to create better moments in people’s lives
- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
- Recruiting staff and conduct personnel performance appraisal to assess training needs and build career paths
- Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed
- Be a role model of well behavior and high performance
- Additional café restaurant manager duties as needed
