Customer Experience Executive
Hong Kong | Full Time
Responsibilities
  • Be an enthusiastic PURE ambassador, anticipating and understanding customer needs and resolving clients’ issues
  • Handle high volume of clients’ enquiries and feedback and provide solutions to issues
  • Work closely with related departments providing support for positive client handling
  • Compile department related reports in timely manner
  • Assist with logistics and execution of clients’ events and activities. You will be required to participate in many of these events.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of customer engagement experience in customer facing industries (i.e., airline, hospitality, F&B, insurance and/or retail industry)
  • Self-starter, patient, well-organized and service-oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Lead a healthy, active lifestyle and motivate others to do the same
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English, spoken Mandarin a plus  
  • Diploma/Degree desirable
