Project Manager

About the Role

You will be leading multiple projects across the Group. This will require you to evaluate, design, and implement project plans to deliver best practice business processes to improve service and business efficiency.

You will analyze data, workflow, processes, and reporting to evaluate the efficiency of current-state business processes, including internal and external communication, and succession planning.

This role reports directly to the CEO of PURE Group, and works across all lines of business within the organization on behalf of the CEO. The individual will support the implementation of process improvements, including design and deployment, and will drive team members in creation of process metrics reports.

This role requires a strong understanding of business processes across internal and external lines, and the ability to recommend process changes, procedure redesign, etc., as needed to support the business while additionally, assisting with quality and improvement efforts for the CEO. Common objectives for process redesign across the business will be to maintain high quality, customer-focused service delivery, and ensure efficient, customer focused operations for the business. 


The Project Manager will be responsible for:

Lead and coordinate quality, efficiency & communications projects and activities to ensure continuous best practices, and quality improvement

Analyze existing workflows and perform best practice benchmark gap analysis

Develop processes and procedures to effectively meet or exceed customer expectations.

Develop/ update process documentation, work guides and other tools to support execution

Create workflow templates to streamline processes and increase efficiency. Provide recommendations to teams and support them on change, training and adoption.

Collaborate cross-functionally on full life cycle process evaluation and improvements

Conduct on-going research and recommendations for communications internally and externally

Organize cross functional groups across departments to work collaboratively toward the effective and efficient pursuit of pre-determined goals

Prioritize projects to ensure timely completion of deliverables and milestones

Perform analytics to determine level of impact and use outcomes to prioritize projects

Work with IT to implement a robust customer focused support system




Experience leading process analysis and redesign efforts utilizing lean methodology

Demonstrated experience leading others in process analysis and redesign initiatives

Experience teaching and mentoring others in order to achieve business improvements

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into measurable action and present projects to management for evaluation and prioritization

Ability to present complex processes in easy-to-understand terms to various cross functional stakeholders to receive approval and prioritization

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, both large and small, with competing due dates and present status to management

Considerable skills in process improvement, business transformation, customer service, communication, leadership, problem solving and team building.

Ability to create detailed project plans and high-level milestones across cross functional teams to ensure projects are on track

Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and communicate to management any concerns regarding resources, timeline obstacles and prioritization

Experience working with a Leadership team in a cross functional role, operating across all lines of business to deliver results

Ability to work on project deliverables without supervision and keep all relevant parties updated


About You:

Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates): Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification

  • Knowledge of project management tools
  • Ability to create reports and draw out insight
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin a plus
