Reporting to Human Resources Director, the incumbent will oversee the Administration team to provide excellent service to our internal customers:
- Manage full spectrum of daily office administration and procurement functions
- Provide a full range of administrative support including license renewal; Insurance renewal; office cleaning; repair work; fixed assets administration and equipment maintenance
- Follow through with contractors on any office maintenance, renovation and relocation matters
- Review the administration workflow / policies, and execute internal document control
- Manage and negotiate with external vendors for better terms, including but not limited to the quality of services and prices, from time to time
- Manage general reception duties including handling incoming inquiries, and greeting visits in a professional manner
- Maintain stock and procurement of laboratory supplies, uniform, stationery, water, and other office supplies
- Maintain a hygienic and safe office space by coordinating with the cleaning lady, vendors, and contractors
