職責

Be an enthusiastic PURE ambassador, anticipating and understanding customer needs and resolving clients’ issues
Handle high volume of clients’ enquiries and feedback and provide solutions to issues
Work closely with related departments providing support for positive client handling
Compile department related reports in timely manner
Assist with logistics and execution of clients’ events and activities. You will be required to participate in many of these events.

資歷

Minimum 2 years of customer engagement experience in customer facing industries (i.e., airline, hospitality, F&B, insurance and/or retail industry)
Self-starter, patient, well-organized and service-oriented
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Lead a healthy, active lifestyle and motivate others to do the same
Fluent in Cantonese and English, spoken Mandarin a plus
Diploma/Degree desirable
