- Provide full spectrum support of HR operations on talent acquisition
- Provide general advice to employee performance counseling
- Provide general consultations and advice to line managers and employee
- Understand the line managers' needs and provide appropriate human resources advice/support proactively and when necessary
- Explore new channels for recruitment and execute recruitment activities
- Prioritize the hiring requirements and track hiring status
- Assist to improve recruitment processes and effectiveness
- Compile monthly recruitment reports
