- Provide a full range of professional HR services and advice including employee relations, performance management, manpower planning, recruitment & selection
- Understand the line managers' needs and provide appropriate human resources advice/support proactively and when necessary
- Explore new channels for recruitment and execute recruitment activities
- Assist in the review and execution of various HR policies and procedures
- Participate in staff engagement and other HR projects
- Assist to drive Employer Branding and other talent acquisition related projects
