Assistant Human Resources Manager (1-year Contract)
Hong Kong | Full Time
Responsibilities
  • Provide a full range of professional HR services and advice including employee relations, performance management, manpower planning, recruitment & selection
  • Understand the line managers' needs and provide appropriate human resources advice/support proactively and when necessary
  • Explore new channels for recruitment and execute recruitment activities
  • Assist in the review and execution of various HR policies and procedures
  • Participate in staff engagement and other HR projects
  • Assist to drive Employer Branding and other talent acquisition related projects
Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years experience in Human Resources preferably in sizeable hospitality or service or retail industry, and at least 3 years in supervisory capacity
  • Degree holder in HR Management or Business Administration
  • Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and other relevant Ordinance
  • Solid experience in recruitment & selection
  • Able to work across a multi cultural environment and with employees at all levels
  • Be resourceful, proactive and able to provide speedy professional response to line managers and team members
  • Good communication skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good initiatives, work independently; resourceful and able to prioritize tasks
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Must be a team player
