Customer Services Assistant (6 months contract)
Hong Kong | Part Time
Responsibilities
  • To handle enquiries and complaints from customers in a professional manner
  • Handle member’s request for membership issues: including termination, suspension, transfer, or re-activation of membership
  • Work closely with related departments providing support for positive client handling
  • Data entry and data checking with high level of accuracy
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary or Degree holder
  • Customer Service Experience (i.e., airline, hospitality, F&B, insurance and/or retail industry) will be an advantage
  • Fresh graduate or no related experience but with passion will be consider
  • Fluency of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Good writing skills especially business correspondence
  • Able to prioritize and work under pressure
