Senior Manager, Digital Marketing
Hong Kong | Full Time
Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop partnership opportunities to enhance marketing performance and promote product and marketing innovations.
  • Spearhead digital marketing plans and activities to achieve business goals and members target figures through digital marketing programmes, including Web & APP enhancement programs, search engine marketing and other paid digital media initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create and implement performance marketing promotions, manage project priorities and internal teams for better business outcomes.
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party partners [online channels, Agencies & Paid Media related partners].
  • Work with external partners as well as internal teams to develop proforma, post campaign analysis and learnings, to continue improve future campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
Qualifications
  • Passionate about growth marketing with a great knowledge of digital marketing, data acquisition and ecommerce.
  • Positive working attitude, with entrepreneur and can-do personality
  • 7+ years of experience in partnership and digital marketing, and marketing communications
  • Excellent track record in digital marketing and project management
  • Capable of distilling subjective marketing topics into objective marketing actions
  • Solid experience in negotiation and stakeholder management
  • Hands-on experience working with diverse teams to develop and manage the marketing campaign processes
  • Excellent IT knowledge, and be able to work closely with IT team
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Good knowledge of SEM, programmatic advertising, website management
  • Deep understanding of the Hong Kong market
  • Organized, with strong writing and communications skills to prepare business plans and to present plans to senior management and prospective clients.
  • High proficiency in both Chinese and English, excellent organisation and communication skills - fluent spoken and written English required.
  • Bachelor degree. Perfectly in Marketing or Business related disciplines
