Client Service Executive
Hong Kong | Full Time
Responsibilities
  • Assist the Manager to manage the team and prepare weekly reports
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure the customer order is delivery on time
  • To handle enquiries and complaints from customers in a professional manner
  • Be the role model to deliver excellent service and customer experience
  • Outstanding customer service skill, able to deliver excellent experience to customers
  • Data entry and data checking with high level of accuracy
  • Ensure all data are processed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary or Degree holder;
  • At least 2 years of administrative working experience, in which 1 year in service industry is definitely an advantage;
  • Customer-oriented with good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent in handling customer complaint and strong negotiation skills;
  • Familiar with billing or customer enquiry system, and Excel software;
  • Fluency of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;
  • Good writing skills especially business correspondence;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work under pressure, independently, and with detailed mind;
  • Eager, active, responsible, positive, and passionate about work;
  • Capable of prioritizing different tasks in a timely manner
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Client Services Executive
